This is not a leadership blog

Most leadership content starts in the wrong place. It focuses on frameworks, structures and strategies while skipping the layer that actually determines whether things work, the relational one. This blog is where that layer gets the attention it deserves. Not through models or prescriptions, but through careful thinking, honest reflection and the occasional uncomfortable conclusion. If something here makes you think, or disagree, that's the point.
